Shipping Conditions for Curate Sydney

At Curate Sydney, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shipping experience for your custom items. Please review our shipping conditions below:

1. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • We offer a variety of shipping options, including international shipping by sea and air, depending on your location and preferences.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order, and will be displayed at checkout.

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Shipping timeframes vary depending on several factors, including your postcode and the products in your cart. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
  • Please note that delivery dates provided by couriers are estimates. While we aim to meet these projected dates, actual delivery may occur within a reasonable timeframe surrounding the estimated date.

3. Delivery and Access

  • Before delivery, please ensure that all of the items can fit through all entry points, including staircases, lifts, and doorways. If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, the freight charge will still apply. An additional fee will be charged if we need to deliver again.

4. Order Processing

  • In Stock Items (Quick Curation Collection): Orders containing only in-stock products will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 3-7 business days.
  • Mixed Orders (In Stock & Pre Order/ Custom): We will hold your order until all items are available for shipment. If you wish to receive the in-stock items first, please contact us; additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Pre Order Items: Estimated delivery timeframes for pre-order products are displayed on the product and cart pages. As the estimated delivery date approaches, our team will send you updates. Once pre-order goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be shipped immediately.

5. Shipping Service Options

  • The shopping cart determines available shipping services based on the total order weight, size, and destination. Depending on your location, the following services may be displayed at checkout:

6. Sydney Click and Collect

  • For local customers, we offer a click and collect option from our warehouse.

    Collection Times:
    Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
    Please note we do not offer weekend collections.

  • Please be sure to book an appointment with our team info@curatesydney.com
  • Before collecting, please ensure that all of the items will fit inside your vehicle. You are responsible for loading the items into your vehicle and we recommend having two people available for assistance.
