Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the issue promptly. To facilitate this process, we kindly ask that you provide photos of the fault along with your order details via email. What happens next? Please be assured that one of our team members will be in touch within 48hours.

Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges unless the item is deemed faulty. Please double-check your measurements and specifications before placing your order to ensure you receive exactly what you envision.
